TrumpArt.ai is an independent AI art platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization, any campaign, or any government entity. All artwork is fictional, transformative, satirical, or fan-created political pop art.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using TrumpArt.ai at trumpart.ai. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

Company ("we," "us," "our") refers to Riley Ventures LLC (DBA Acme Studio), 1615 South Congress Avenue, Suite 103, Delray Beach, FL 33445, operating TrumpArt.ai.
Service refers to the TrumpArt.ai website at https://trumpart.ai and all related services.
Digital Goods refers to AI-generated artwork files delivered electronically.
Physical Goods refers to printed products (canvas prints, framed prints) shipped to customers.
You ("Customer," "User") means the individual or entity accessing the Service.
Order means a request to purchase Digital Goods and/or Physical Goods through the Service.

2. Service Description

TrumpArt.ai is an independent platform offering AI-generated political pop art and memorabilia featuring stylized depictions of public figures, including President Donald J. Trump. The Service includes:

Catalog art - shop 55+ presidential and patriotic styles as digital downloads or physical prints starring President Trump.
Personalized art - optional "You + Trump" portraits where you upload your photo to appear alongside President Trump in select styles.
Digital downloads - high-resolution 4K files delivered via email.
Canvas & framed prints - museum-quality physical products shipped to US addresses via our print fulfillment partner.

We offer a free watermarked preview before purchase on personalized orders so you can review your artwork. Catalog orders may use the gallery preview shown at checkout.

3. No Affiliation or Endorsement

You may not represent that TrumpArt.ai, its artwork, or any output is official, licensed, or endorsed by Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization, any campaign, PAC, or government entity.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By placing an Order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

5. Placing Orders

5.1 Your Information

When placing an Order, you may provide your name, email address, payment information, and (for Physical Goods) a shipping address. You represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

5.2 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel a paid Order, you will receive a full refund.

5.3 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price charged. Promotional codes may not be combined unless stated.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is collected at checkout. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

7. Digital Goods

7.1 Delivery

Digital files are typically delivered within 60 seconds of payment. Delivery times may vary during peak periods. You receive download links by email and via your account page at https://trumpart.ai/account.

7.2 Refunds

Digital sales are final due to custom generation costs. If you are unsatisfied, contact us at president@trumpart.ai and we may offer a complimentary regeneration where appropriate.

7.3 License

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your purchased artwork for personal use and display. Commercial use is permitted for products you create incorporating your purchased files, subject to the non-affiliation restrictions in Section 3. You may not imply official Trump endorsement in commercial use.

8. Physical Goods

8.1 Shipping

Physical Goods ship to United States addresses. Production typically takes 3-5 business days; transit is approximately 5-7 business days via FedEx Ground unless otherwise noted. Shipping is included in the listed price for standard US delivery.

8.2 Production

Physical Goods are produced on demand by Lumaprints, our third-party print fulfillment partner. Each item is custom-made and cannot be restocked.

8.3 Damaged or Defective Items

Contact president@trumpart.ai within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will ship a replacement at no cost when the item is damaged or defective in production or shipping.

8.4 Returns

Custom-produced Physical Goods cannot be returned except for damage or defects as described above.

8.5 Order Cancellation

Once submitted to our print partner, Physical Goods orders generally cannot be cancelled. Contact president@trumpart.ai immediately if you need changes; we will try to help but cannot guarantee cancellation.

9. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate order and shipping information.
For personalized portraits, upload only photos you have the right to use.
Use the Service lawfully and do not misrepresent affiliation with any public figure or entity.
You are responsible for costs arising from incorrect shipping addresses.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

Generate unlawful, harassing, or defamatory content.
Imply official endorsement by Donald J. Trump or affiliated entities.
Upload images without rights or permission.
Abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
Resell access to the Service itself (your purchased artwork may be used per Section 7.3).

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Our Property

The Service, brand, website design, style library, and technology are owned by the Company or its licensors.

11.2 Your Uploads

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them for fulfillment. Uploads are shared with our print partner only as needed for Physical Goods production.

11.3 Generated Artwork

Your license to purchased outputs is described in Section 7.3. We may use anonymized examples for marketing unless you opt out by emailing president@trumpart.ai.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses from temporary outages.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrumpArt.ai and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated artwork is artistic interpretation and not a photographic record of any person or event.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company from claims arising from your use of the Service, your uploads, your violation of these Terms, or misrepresentation of affiliation or endorsement.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Palm Beach County, Florida.
